Paid plans bill monthly or annually depending on the interval you choose. Annual billing is charged once a year at the discounted annual rate, a saving of 17% against the monthly price. Payments are processed by Stripe; Tally never receives or stores your card details. Management's per-organization add-ons are billed alongside the base plan.

Every paid plan starts with a 30-day trial that unlocks the full Touring feature set. No payment card is collected to begin. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, the account simply moves to the Free plan — nothing is charged automatically and no records are removed.

It is a commitment Tally makes to the first 250 organizations that take the offer, not an automated lock enforced by the billing system. The subscription renews at $99 a year, and Tally will honour that price for three years.

Yes. Cancel from billing settings at any time and you keep paid access through the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the account reverts to Free limits, which cap how much new data you can add — they do not lock or delete the records you already created. CSV export stays available on every plan, including Free, so you can always take your books with you.

Listed prices do not include applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. Any required tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address.

If something is not working as expected, contact hello@tally.band within 14 days of a charge and we will review it with you. Refunds are handled individually by a person rather than by an automatic rule, so we will confirm the outcome in writing before anything is processed.
